- Payments: when you buy Coins or subscribe, our payment partners (such as Razorpay) process your payment. We receive transaction details but do not store full card numbers.

- Location: approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby people and events.
- Device & usage: device model, operating system, browser, IP address, login history, and how you interact with the app.
- Cookies & similar technologies used to keep you signed in and improve the Service.

- To match you with other members and show relevant people, events, and companions near you;
- To enable chat, audio and video calls, gifts, and companion bookings;
- To process Coin purchases, subscriptions, and payouts;

- To send you notifications, updates, and (where permitted) marketing you can opt out of;

- With other members: your profile, photos, and shared content are visible to other users as part of the Service.

7. Security & Data Protection
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your phone number, email address, and exact location are never shown to other members. Only the name, photos, and profile details you choose to display are visible to the people you match or chat with.
Chat conversations on ZingDates are protected against screenshots on Android devices, and against screen recording on iOS and Android, to keep your conversations between you and the other person.
8. Content Moderation — No Nudity or Explicit Content
Every photo and video shared on ZingDates is automatically screened before anyone else can see it. Content containing nudity, sexual acts, or other explicit material is automatically detected and blocked — it is never shown to other members. Accounts that attempt to share such content may be suspended or permanently banned.
9. Children's Privacy & Child Safety Standards
ZingDates is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that a minor has created an account, we delete it.
ZingDates has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming or sexualizing a minor, or any other form of child sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited on ZingDates and will result in immediate, permanent removal of the account and associated content. Where legally required, we report such activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant law enforcement authorities, and we cooperate with their investigations.
If you encounter content or behavior on ZingDates that you believe involves CSAE, report it immediately to zingdates2026@gmail.com with as much detail as possible. We review every such report and act on it as a priority.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment gateways and social logins). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
